The Youth Program is designed and geared to build and develop the young athlete both physically and mentally. To provide a postive and nurturing environment for the developing athlete to reach there full portential in all areas of their sport. The use of light weights, medicine balls, and body weight excercises will be use to increase strength. Heavy weights that may cause joint damage are never used.
